The customer is required to provide full accurate details in the Profile form. Uncompleted forms will not qualify for the free gift redemption.
The successful customer is required to self-collect the free gift from the Click Grafix office in Malaysia or Singapore (whichever applies).
The free product is given away in an 'as-it-is' condition and does not come with free technical support for the installation or use of it.
Products of an earlier version does not come with a guarantee of the upgrade patch from the manufacturers. This shall be subject to availability of the upgrade patches for that specific version.
If the product chosen by the customer is not available, the customer may select another product from the selection above. Subject also to the availability of the alternative choice.
