MYWAVE Logo Animation Competition,

Produce a 10 seconds animation of the MYWAVE logo and stand the chance to win one copy of Inside LightWave 7 (worth RM 160.00) by Dan Ablan. Hurry, three books are up for grabs for the three best entries so its time to get those creative juices flowing.

Who can participate?

• MYWAVE student members only.
• If you are not yet a member but would like to participate, sign up now.

How to win?

• Produce a 10 secs MYWAVE logo animation using LightWave 3D. Download the scene files and object here.
• Email the samples of rendering in JPEG (320 x 240, max 4 images) to ahmed@clickgrafix.com
• Remember to:
  - State your full name, educational institution and email in the message body.
  - Attach the images
  - In the Subject Header, please type “MYWAVE Logo Animation Competition”.
  - Do not send zip files via email.
• Bring along your finished work in a CD-ROM to the MYWAVE meeting on 4 May 2002.
• Each participant may submit more than one entry. All entries should be received before the end of this world which we predict is going to be soon.

Just to note …

• Of course, all animation must be done using LightWave 3D. You may use other non-3D application for graphics or surface touch-ups.
• Here’s the nice bit, MYWAVE members will get to vote for the best three entries at the respective MYWAVE meeting on
  4 May 2002.
• Sorry, the prize is not exchangeable for cash.
• Employees of Click Grafix Sdn Bhd will not be eligible for prizes.
• Click Grafix Sdn Bhd may use the any of the winning entries for MYWAVE and/or any other promotional activities.
• Click Grafix shall be indemnified against any copyright infringement that may arise by any party, from the use of any work submitted by the participant.
