The customer is required to provide full accurate details in the Profile form. Uncompleted forms will not qualify for the free gift redemption.
The successful customer is required to self-collect the free gift from the Click Grafix office in Malaysia or Singapore (whichever applies).
The free product is given away in an 'as-it-is' condition and does not come with free technical support for the installation or use of it.
Products of an earlier version does not come with a guarantee of the upgrade patch from the manufacturers. This shall be subject to availability of the upgrade patches for that specific version.
